Family Hotel is a game in which the players will have a hotel, but its exterior is ancient and needs to be renovated. The story of the Family Hotel begins when the player sees Emily Price standing in front of the location texting her father. They talked about Emily taking over the hotel and she was itching to put on a good show to prove her worth. At the end of the conversation, the player will see a ladder and a character going up to fix the hotel sign. The man standing over him was Max Newman, but a problem soon arose.

Suddenly, a dog appeared and crashed right into the stairs, causing her to fall. Suddenly, Max grabbed the letter above the sign to resist. But because the sign was so old, it fell into the pile of cardboard boxes below with no problem. From there, Emily and Max also realized that the elements of this hotel absolutely needed to be replaced, and that these replacements would gradually drastically change the look of the hotel.
