We explain physio accurately enough to understand diseases, we sometimes omit information on epidemiology and such that is not relevant to practice or exams so that there is room in your brain for what is important. Many things are overlooked in the book and cannot be reproduced later. To really remember the most important things, we do a lot of repetition. Just try.
