Fasting4All is different in that I created the app based on my own experiences with (intermittent) fasting. The app is intuitive and easy to use. This will help you track your fasting session in real time. It also gives insight by visualizing the main key metrics of your workouts. Before you read all the information below, please note that I’d love to get feedback and hear about new ideas. If you are using fasting as your diet method, the built-in Weight Tracker can provide useful information about the relationship between fasting and body weight. On the statistics page, these two metrics are placed in correlation with each other so that you can see the effect.
